Don't get everything tiled in

When it comes to tiling in your kitchen or bathroom you have to make sure that services such as stopcocks or gas swithches are not tiled over. It is a real waste of money to have to pay for the breaking of tiles as a plumber has to get to a stop cock to cut off water supply to work. Please, please make sure that all services that need to be accessed are accesible. Make sure that there is an access hatch door etc decoratively finished.
